The Horizon system was intended to streamline operations for subpostmasters, but it concealed serious faults. As a result, many personnel found discrepancies and losses in their accounts. When they reached out to the Post Office for assistance, they were often dismissed and accused of theft. 

Based on interviews with key figures, clips from the drama and archival material, the documentary aims to highlight the impact of these events on the subpostmasters.
