Considered one of the most beautiful actresses of her time, Grace Kelly remains an icon today. Her life and career are well documented, from her work in Hollywood and her marriage to Prince Rainier to her tragic death in a car accident in 1982.

Through an exclusive agreement with the Principality of Monaco, this documentary tells the life story of Princess Grace of Monaco through the private archival footage and the eyes of those who loved her. For the first time, the Grimaldi family has given access to materials never before made public.

Home movies shot by Kelly’s father in 1932 when she was just 3 years old provide a glimpse into the actress’s childhood. Later film footage reveals a private individual quite different from the public image: free, vibrant and surrounded by her family.

After she married and retired from acting, Kelly never stopped filming herself with her husband and three children, Albert, Caroline and Stéphanie, plus her Hollywood friends including Ava Gardner and Clark Gable while on location in Kenya.
