Watch and see how Youngstown celebrated its 28th annual “Youngstown StreetScape,” a community tradition held by Youngstown CityScape where residents from across the Mahoning Valley come together to revitalize downtown with fresh flowers. The theme for this year is Peace, Love and Flowers. More than 1,000 volunteers showed up with gardening gloves and hometown pride, transforming the streets and residential areas with colorful displays and a shared love for their city.
