A variety of detoxification diets, regimens and therapies—sometimes called detoxes or cleanses—have been suggested to remove toxins from our bodies, lose weight and promote health. Detoxification programs may involve a single process or multiple approaches, including fasting, using herbs or a sauna, eating only certain foods or drinking only juices. A new lecture program, DEMYSTIFYING DETOX, explores these approaches to health, separating fact from fiction through an in-depth lecture with Alejandro Junger, M.D., often called the “Father of Detox.” The ideas and methods discussed in the program are designed to fit into a busy schedule while providing all the practical tools necessary to support and rejuvenate our bodies.

DEMYSTIFYING DETOX introduces you to the power of detoxification, busting commonly held myths and misconceptions, while providing a simple, straightforward and easy-to-follow plan based on science and research. With the right information, Dr. Junger shows how small changes can improve health and help everyone live a better life.
