Cleveland is Twice As Good! “Taste of Cleveland” features signature Cleveland dishes prepared by Melt Bar and Grilled, Old Brooklyn Cheese Company, Rudy”s Strudel and Bakery and Lucky’s Cafe. It includes an exploration of the science of Rock & Roll at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the craft of conservation at The Cleveland Museum of Art. Hadley and Delaney climb aboard the restored Mather steamship and explore the salt deposits under Lake Erie to learn about the geology of the Great Lakes, drive to the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum at the Cleveland History Center to understand Cleveland’s role in the innovation of the automobile and visit the NASA’s Glenn Research Center to delve into the engineering of space. The episode includes segments on the legacy of three Clevelanders — Moses Cleaveland, President Garfield and writer Toni Morrison.
