Delve into one of the most prominent families in American politics and society: the Kennedys. THE KENNEDY PACKAGE takes a look at three widely-known members of this family, John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Jackie Kennedy Onassis. Often embraced as “American royalty”, the lives and legacies of these Kennedy family members are revealed with historic images and footage along with contributions from historians, scholars, and authors. This program consists of three 40-minute documentaries, starting with an exploration of JFK, the man behind the myth; then continues with the legacy of RFK and his unrealized presidency; and concludes the life of the former First Lady Jackie Kennedy Onassis as it intertwined with that of her sister’s, Lee Radziwill.
