Season two features 13 half-hour episodes that showcase the country’s vibrant recipes and culinary techniques. In each episode, host and Youngstown native Capri Cafaro meets with guests to highlight the culturally diverse stories and traditions hidden in rural and small-town America. From exploring walleye in Ohio to taro in Hawaii, Capri introduces viewers to those who make up the cultural and culinary tapestry that forms the rich story of the United States.
