“Footnote to History: The Son of a Holocaust Survivor” Andrew Laszlo Sr. was a famed cinematographer in Hollywood who, for fifty years, kept his past as a Holocaust survivor a secret. Andrew Laszlo Jr., now in his 70s, joins host Leslie Ungar to share his father’s story.

“Against the Odds” David Minc joins host Sally Henning to discuss his book, “Against the Odds.” Cowritten with his cousin Mark Milton, the book follows four courageous teens amid the terrors of World War II as they fight to escape their fate, evade near-certain death, and carve paths for themselves and their families. The four teens are based on the real experiences of the authors' parents.
